Recent ABCC decisions show the risk of purchasing from other nearby or out-of-state retailers. The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (ABCC) routinely disciplines package stores, restaurants and bars for buying liquor from other retailers, or for holding such liquor on their premises.
